PoP-SC - AS 11242 - joined the RING today. PoP-SC is the point of presence of RNP (National Education and Research Network) in Santa Catarina - Brazil. We are responsible for operating the advanced IP services provided by RNP in the State. The first network for access to the Internet in Brazil, RNP is made up of close to 800 educational and research institutions in the country, benefitting more than three million users.
